We take our responsibilities seriously. Meadway Clearance Services is a fully licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency (License Number: CBDU74431), and we hold £5 million public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
All waste is transported to licensed recycling depots and waste transfer stations in compliance with UK environmental regulations. We provide duty of care controlled waste transfer notes for every job, so you have full documentation that your waste has been handled legally and responsibly.

We believe in doing right by our community and our environment. Wherever possible, we donate reusable items to local charities and animal centres across Birmingham and Solihull. Furniture, clothing, white goods, and household items that still have life in them are repurposed rather than sent to landfill.
